SHIPPING POLICY

ESCO offers to its customers a hand delivery for consumers living in Paris. We also deliver in France, Europe and worldwide by Colissimo with a tracking number for each order. As soon as the order is validated, ESCO commits to send the package within a maximum of 3 days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the delivery.


France : Colissimo 

2-3 working days 


Europe : Colissimo

3-5 working days

 

World : Colissimo 

5-10 working days

 


In case of problems related to the delivery with the different service providers or error on the part of the customer concerning the delivery information, ESCO cannot be held responsible.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

You have 48 hours from delivery to report any damage to the carrier. After this period, we reserve the right to decline any related claims.

All vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. As our pieces are vintage, slight variations are normal. However, if you believe an item has been misrepresented, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@escoparis.com

Any approved return must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
